These terms are a binding agreement between you and DCRBN LLC, referred to here as IAN Group, we, or us. They govern your use of iangroup.ai and everything on it, including the Scale Diagnostic application.
By using this site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site. If you are using the site for a company, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms on that company's behalf.
This site describes what IAN Group does and invites founders with traction to apply for a Scale Diagnostic. It is informational. Nothing on it is a binding offer to provide services, and nothing on it creates a client relationship, an advisory relationship, or a fiduciary duty.
The application is our single front door. We ask you to submit it before any conversation begins, because reviewing it is how we tell whether we can actually help.
If we do work together, that work is governed by a separate written agreement covering scope, fees, term, ownership, confidentiality, and everything else. That agreement controls the engagement. Where it conflicts with these terms, the engagement agreement wins for anything within its scope.
We describe our approach, our operating model, and the dimensions we work across. We do not promise results. Growth, fundraising, hiring, and scale outcomes depend on your market, your team, your capital position, your execution, and conditions outside anyone's control.
Any figure, range, timeline, or example on this site is illustrative of how we work. It is not a projection, a guarantee, or a representation of what your company will achieve.
This section carries the most regulatory exposure on the site. Have counsel review it alongside the Capital page disclaimer and confirm it matches IAN Group's actual regulatory posture before publishing.

You may view the site and share links to it. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, or create derivative works from it for commercial purposes without our written permission. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
This applies to the Scale Diagnostic application and to anything you send us through the chat widget on our home page. We treat the substance of your application as confidential business information and we limit internal access to the people reviewing fit. We do not publish it or share it with other applicants or clients.
You keep ownership of what you submit. You give us a limited right to use it to review your application, communicate with you, and operate our internal process. Do not send us anything you consider a trade secret, and do not send us information you are not free to share. Unsolicited ideas and proposals are not treated as confidential unless we agree in writing beforehand.
Parts of this site rely on third parties, including our application platform, our chat widget provider, our host, and our content delivery network. We link to other sites and we are not responsible for their content, their practices, or their availability. A link is not an endorsement.
The site is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non infringement.
We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, secure, error free, or that its content is accurate, complete, or current.
To the fullest extent the law allows, IAN Group and its officers, members, employees, contractors, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, lost goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or related to your use of this site, whether based in contract, tort, or any other theory, even if we were advised such damages were possible.
Our total liability for all claims relating to the site is limited to one hundred United States dollars, or the amount you paid us for access to the site in the twelve months before the claim, whichever is greater. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless IAN Group and the people listed in section 12 from any claim, loss, liability, or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your use of the site, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any law or third party right.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. The exclusive venue for any dispute is the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction.
Before filing anything, contact us and give us thirty days to resolve the matter informally. Most problems can be handled with a conversation. Any claim must be brought within one year after it arises, or it is permanently barred.
We may change the site or these terms at any time. When we change these terms we will update the effective date at the top of this page, and continuing to use the site means you accept the revised version. We may suspend or withdraw the site, or restrict access to it, without notice.
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force and the unenforceable provision is limited to the minimum extent necessary. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
